Check out the Crafty Bookworms Circle for FREE Kindle beading books!
October 18, 2013 at 3:40:29 PM
I posted two FREE beading books for Kindle for today...grab them before they're gone! (Note: you do not need to have an actual Kindle. If you have a smartphone, you can download a Kindle reader app for FREE...if all you have is a PC, you can download to your PC...and I believe there may also be a way now of completely bypassing any kind of reader app to read directly online - though please don't quote me on that, as I'm not sure. I find the PC reader to be quite decent for pattern content...since I don't own a Kindle, I can't say how well it works...but I would think a smaller screen would make patterns kind of difficult to read.)
Here's the circle (you must join to see posts):

One of the books looks like it's stringing...it has video tutorials included. The other book is in German, which I've posted because I've heard German books are pretty easy to follow, even if you don't speak or read German!

Today's beading freebie is in German, but many German beading books are easy to follow without knowing the language.

Today's freebie is in German, but don't let that discourage you! Most German books have very clear photographs!

Check out the Crafty Bookworms Circle for a FREE Kindle chainmail book!
March 15, 2014 at 8:17:04 PM (in response to Stitchboard Admin message #1)
While it's not technically a beading book, I know many beaders are into chainmail, as well, so I'm notifying you here about a new free Kindle chainmail book. As with any Kindle downloads, it may not be free for very long, so grab it before the price goes up again!
