New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Hola, recien me inicio en este tema del telar de cuatro cuadros. quisiera saber como se dibuja una guarda vertical en el patrón. Si me pueden ayudar se los agradeceré.
Another work-in-progress from one of my favorite designers.
I have a bunad (Norwegian traditional dress) that came without a purse. To buy one would be $100, which is how much the bunad cost itself! The purses traditionally have embroidered designs on them, so I decided to stitch this and make my own purse out of it. The bunad has mainly blue/purple tones, so i decided to stitch it on a piece of perfectly sized navy blue 14 count Aida, which was a great choice because the colors really pop! It has gotten pretty wrinkled, just from traveling, but I will iron it (on the wrong side!) before finishing it and turning it into a purse. My stitching is pretty uneven because this is my first time working on a dark fabric, even though it is 14 count Aida, my go-to choice that has always been good to me. I t could be that my top stitches are facing to the right ( / ) and I think it looks beeter facing left. Does anyone know if this really matters?
Anyway, I love how this is turning out so far, and I will update it when I make progress.
This picture is on it's side, the actual project is roatated 90°, I do not know why it was flipped when I posted it.
Hi I'm referring to the post above, if 70 means rolls, how can I decrease the rows on my pattern.
I finished my pattern which shows 150x300, I want to make a childs blanket which should be 50"x 65", how can I make it the size I want on stitchboard?
Thank you
Hi Terry!
I got the images the other day & am just getting to them. Haven't been feeling well so I'm a bit behind.
I tested both the images and they appear to work fine without any errant colors picked up, however neither of them are letting the program prick up the pupil of the eye. Im my original images I have a black pupil almost in the center of the eye.
I've tried to correct it myself but for whatever reason it doesn't work.
Thank you for the infomation about image reduce/increase sizing. I'm going to have to figure out how to create these betyter then.
If you need these test images back, I'll have to get you to resend me your email as for some reason I can't find your email. Good thing I copied the images out of it before I filed it...
Thanks again,
kathy
Melanie,
I read in the comments on either that page or another ... they said that if you keep an eye on ebay periodically you may be able to find one now and again.
