Picot lace bracelet3191 viewsThis is a picot lace bracelet, made to match the picot lace choker. Yes, the beads are the same color, even though they don't look it.

Home Sweet Home3131 viewsThis was from a kit which included a plastic frame in the shape of a house. Like all of the plastic frames I had from cross stitch kits, this one is also lost.

Jeweled beaded bar pin3129 viewsI made this for a class I was teaching. This is the manufacturer's (Mill Hill) photo, as mine didn't turn out. I don't own this one, as it was the property of the store which held the class. This is made in peyote stitch.

Kitty Fur!3093 viewsYes, that's right...the kitty had a hand in this, too! Really, I'm a nut...I save cat hair! I saw this piece of fluff on the one sock and had to put it in with the fur I'm saving from my own special darling. (No, I didn't let her sniff it...that would have been asking for trouble!)

A Good Book is a Welcome Friend Bookmark2958 viewsThis is one of my earlier pieces, which was a kit.

Pulled Work Heart2931 viewsIt's not really cross stitch, but I bought it from a cross stitch store...which should count for something! ;D
Seriously, I thoroughly enjoyed making this piece. I haven't got the guts for Hardanger, but there was no cutting involved in this...the "holes" in the fabric were all made with stitches that were pulled tight to create them. In addition, there are beads in this piece.

Jeweled beaded bar pin2925 viewsThis is a Mill Hill jeweled beaded bar pin kit. This is made in peyote stitch. I made this pin for myself. It kind of has two rows of fringe, though it's impossible to tell from the pic. This is the manufacturer's pic, since mine didn't turn out.

Tweety2865 viewsThis is my own design, which I found on a postcard.

Peacock Bookmark2848 viewsThis was a British cross stitch magazine free cover kit. I loved the combination of colors.

Hummingbirds2773 viewsThis was another kit; I had originally framed it and put it on the wall, then needed the frame for something else!

Love Bearth All Things2608 viewsThis is my oldest counted cross stitch piece that I still have. It was before I knew about making the work neat on the back, so it's very, very sloppy, with a lot of visible thread ends on the reverse side.

Embroidered Quilt Star2588 viewsOkay, this is officially not considered counted cross stitch (I may start an album for other types of embroidery, but not sure about that yet, as I don't have a lot of pieces for it). This was a quilt star pattern embroidered on evenweave. I bought this kit somewhere and no longer recall where. I do know it was purchased from an "official" cross stitch store, but don't remember which one.
