The Bath4402 viewsFunny story about this one: the cover picture was marked "Kitchen magnet." I haven't quite figured it out...if it's supposed to be a magnet, to what would it stick in a bathroom? If it's supposed to be for the kitchen, why does it say "The Bath"? Placement dilemmas aside, the heart behind the swans wasn't supposed to be stitched solid, but I made it solid because I preferred it that way. And there were two flowers that were supposed to be there, which I didn't like. So I didn't include them. Finally, this included a plastic frame I didn't like, so for now it's unframed.

Seriously, I thoroughly enjoyed making this piece. I haven't got the guts for Hardanger, but there was no cutting involved in this...the "holes" in the fabric were all made with stitches that were pulled tight to create them. In addition, there are beads in this piece.
