Get Well Soon Bear6761 viewsThis is just about the only item in this album that didn't come from a kit (if not the only one). This was a design in a British cross stitch magazine (but not a cover kit). I'm including it here because I'm not sure yet where to place it (and may ultimately include it in another album, as well).Feb 16, 2010

The Bath4032 viewsFunny story about this one: the cover picture was marked "Kitchen magnet." I haven't quite figured it out...if it's supposed to be a magnet, to what would it stick in a bathroom? If it's supposed to be for the kitchen, why does it say "The Bath"? Placement dilemmas aside, the heart behind the swans wasn't supposed to be stitched solid, but I made it solid because I preferred it that way. And there were two flowers that were supposed to be there, which I didn't like. So I didn't include them. Finally, this included a plastic frame I didn't like, so for now it's unframed.Feb 16, 2010

"I Love You"7745 viewsThis came with a plastic heart-shaped frame, which I didn't like. I liked this design, though it included fractional stitches, which I didn't like!Feb 16, 2010

Mini Sampler11415 viewsThis was stitched on either 28 or 32 evenweave over one...I'm guessing it was 28 count. The yellow "frame" is just a piece of paper and was included in the cover kit. I don't normally stitch samplers, but I love miniatures as well as British cross stitch magazine cover kits, so I made this one.Feb 16, 2010
