Those styrofoam thingys are useful but....5221 viewsThey are NOT attractive. I spent some time yesterday cutting strips of old fabric and gluing them to the head form with white glue. So far so good. I intend to give it a couple of coats of spray polyeurethane and call it good.

OKAY, this went horribly wrong2850 viewsI try hard to keep my wool and acrylic yarns separate. This nice dark chocolate brown yarn somehow made it into my wool stash. On a human head, it looks a whole lot like Gilligans' hat....remember Gilligan? *sigh*....my fevered little brain is now working to improvise a solution.
