Inside11803 viewsThe ribbing at the back is my own take. The original pattern is stockinette stitch which rolls up. The ribbing is to keep the back of baby's neck warm. Best part of this pattern is there's no seaming to be done. Hat comes off already together and the stitches are picked up on each side to make the ties. All that's left at the end is weaving in a few ends.Nov 12, 2011
