LOL, we don't like snow, either!  You're so right...might as well live in igloos! 
It's not normal that we get a lot of snow, just occasionally.  That particular year when we had 2-3 feet of snow in one storm, there were even deeper snows elsewhere, like the guy I mentioned who had 4 feet of snow.  That year it seemed like every time we turned around, it was snowing.  Yuck.
Wow, that's a lot of nieces and nephews!  LOL, how do you keep all of them straight, especially remembering ages and names?  I'd probably have to come up with nicknames to remember them all!

i have 12 nephews and nieces from shay and char not all are biological nephews and nieces though some are adopted they adopted twin boys last summer in july when they were hours old and named them miles and owen,they then adopted a little girl last fall in september when she was first born and named her mackenzie,they then adopted a little boy in january this year called riley they then adopted a little girl in may this year 2 weeks before i gave birth to noah and they named her shaniece they adopted her when she was 30 minutes old riley's 10 miles and owen are a year born july mackenzie's a year brn september shaniece is 4 months and shay and char's own biolgical children are blake 6,caiden a year, quads alastair,carrie,jordan,courtney 5 months and twins joel and alexis 2 weeks

ugh no i couldn't cpe with snow all year round if that was the case we might as well just live in igloos and be eskimos and i don't fancy that idea lol

LOL , that's the perfect solution! 
My husband uses a snow blower for areas like the driveway and sidewalks.  I usually take care of the steps and such, the areas where he can't go with the snow blower.  When we had that 2-3 foot deep snow, it really saved us.  He got all of it out of the way pretty fast.  LOL, the worst part was getting into the garage to take the snow blower out!
We both despise snow.  Glad we don't get it year round!

i agree with you snow is horrible cold nasty stuff when we get the snow i send nicky out to clear the drive way lol

Ugh, cold...not a fan!  We also get the cold.  Some years we've piled the snow up higher than high.  One year it was 2-3 feet deep after only one snowstorm.  Though we were lucky...that same year one of my friends had 4 feet of snow.   I asked him how he managed to shovel that!  Yuck, way too much of the stuff.  I tell people the most offensive four letter word is "snow"!

Glad to hear the coasters have had good longevity!    Oooh, that Zach is naughty, to have pulled apart all of that wonderful work you did!
Now that I've seen so much of your beautiful work, at some point I need to try a loom...love the colors and the way the finished items look.    (LOL, and no naughty nephews here.)

Yuck!  Your nephews sound truly awful...I'm so sorry.  Do you have to spend a lot of time around them? Hoping you don't!  Are they mostly spoiled brats...e.g., getting everything they want from mom or dad?  Once that genie is out of the bottle, it's never going back.
Oh, yes, I definitely want to do this...you've absolutely inspired me!    It looks like so much fun.    Now to find hiding places for the new stash!

Wow, that's so cool!  My neighbor is taking riding lessons, so I've been living vicariously through her...now, to own a riding school is even better!    I loooooove horses.  They're so magnificent!

shay and i have ridden since we were 2 our parents have always owned horses i teach disabled children to ride shay does the group booking lessons

Awwww, love that...so cool!  <3  Do you give riding lessons all year long, or do you have to stop for the winter?  Does it get very cold in Dublin?

we do stop in october giving lessons and yes the winters are cold in dublin where nicky,myself and our 3 boys calum,shane jr and noah live shay and his wife and their kids still live in mine and shay's home tow of sligo on the west coast of ireland 

zach is his sister lexie and younger brother bobbie are good kidsand no thankfully we do not see nicky's sister gillian her hubby mark and zach,lexie and bobby often because i won't have them in the house and my nephews and nieces of my twin brother and his wife are brilliant kids good as gold i'm the youngest of 8 shay's 20 minutes older than me and we have 3 older brothers and 3 older sisters and they all have tons of kids as well but i never see them thank god cos i don't get on with the older brothers and sisters i only get on with shay we're super close twins
