Have you thought of making your own pattern?  Since (it seems) nobody has done it before, you could be the first!  <3

ah, never mind i spent nearly all night trying to find it and finding a way to do it my self but at the moment no luck. but thank you for looking hopfully i will find a way one day.

I couldn't believe such a thing didn't exist!  Nobody has ever thought of the knitted version?  Shocking!
