Your first ever project doesn't look like a first one...it looks like it was made by an experienced crocheter.  Your stitches are so nice and even and the colors are fantastic!
The Viking hat and beard must have bee a lot of fun to make...it sure looks fun! 
Did you design the pink skull and crossbones scarf?  I know someone who would adore it!
My favorite would have to be the hat with that gorgeous and tremendous rose.  And that hooded scarf is beautiful...it looks toasty warm, too!  (And I love your black & red hair!)
