Yes, to make them as nice as these you have to use 100% acrylic yarn and a wire brush You can find a tutorial on Youtube by searching "yarn tail tutorial" Some of the tails they make are nicer than mine though :p Yes, you can wear them. Some of them have ties and others have keychain rings.
