Oh, yeah, men make the worst messes!
My husband does, too, but he's nice enough to clean up after himself most of the time. 
Someone's father who is not mine (I do not call them "in-laws," as they are nothing to me and will never have the privilege of hearing themselves referred to as such) wouldn't ever be caught dead cooking...the idiot doesn't even know how to heat up the contents of a can of soup in a microwave!  His wife used to cook, but he promised her she'd never have to cook again, so now they've "arrived" in life and spend lots of money they borrow from others on meals out.
Did Nicky remember who took the photo?  LOL, I also have a brain like a sieve, too.    I call that being a "CRS" sufferer.

i do all the cooking in my house nicky and cal can cook but they are so sloppy when they cook and they never clean my lovely agar afterwards they always leave their cloppy cookery mess for me to clean grrrrrr i think it was shay who took that one of me and nicky i honestly can't remember if it was shay or it was the only ever professional photo i had agreed to be let taken of me and nicky if i remember rightly it was a one off once only professional photo i had allowed to be taken of me and nicky i'll have to check with nicky on that when he comes home from work in about 30 minutes time i have brain like a sieve lol

He really should be doing professional photography!  <3  It's rare to see really great photos...I've known people with professional cameras, and they can't take simple pictures, let alone professional ones.  The high tech camera isn't really what takes the great photos...it's the photographer knowing how to take good photos! 
LOL, it's like when my husband makes a great meal by experimenting with ingredients.  So I thank him for a great dinner, and he says, "Oh, no, it's the stove that does it."  So then I say, "Thank you, stove!"    Must call his bluff!  Then he starts to get a bit upset that I'm not thanking him...well, dodo, I'm just thanking the responsible party!    Bwahahahahahahaha!
Hee hee, I cook on the same stove (and it's a decent one), open a can of this, a jar of that, a box of something else.  A cook I'm not!
