The Entrelac I learned following Bethintx1's tutorial on youtube. She does the entire throw in sections and she is really easy to follow.

How did you learn the Entrelac?  It looks more complex to me than knitted Entrelac!
Ooh, I'm thinking of trying that 12 pointed star afghan!  I haven't made one in quite some time and that looks like a total blast to make.

The Entrelac isn't as hard as it seems..Once I got going I found it fairly easy. The 12 pointed star afghan I made following Mikey's (from The Crochet Crowd) instructions on youtube.
