Thank you...argh, I understand completely about finding things with our name on it...it's always been somewhat rare, but has been replaced by names like "Megan" most recently on merchandise, as I'm sure you know. 
The dolphins were from a magazine called "Mary Hickmott's New Stitches."  I made the tag a very long time ago and don't remember if it was supposed to actually be a name tag!  I took the lettering from a cross stitch book of alphabets.  I'm sorry I can't tell you which one, as it was a very long time ago and most of my books were flooded.
