Charlene,
LOL...that's the best way, IMO!  WIth that box, you wouldn't be able to create the wonderful things you do!  Smile

Heh!  It's easy to "see" there's no box involved with my thinking. Wink

Charlene,
You're very welcome!  Glad I could encourage you!  Smile  Your work is always SO amazing and I love to "see" the way you're thinking!

Charlene,
WOW, what a treat!  As I was typing my comments above, you'd added your newest pics!  (Please tell Cecelia she's a lovely model!)
This one I REALLY like (the rose hat), and not only because it has a beautiful rose and a beautiful model!  I'm so glad you put the experimental hat in a few of the pics with the rose hat...IMO, the difference in size between the two embellishments demonstrates what I had thought the problem was with the first one...the rose accentuates the beauty of the hat, while the first one is so much more large and obvious, and takes away from it a bit.
LOVELY work!  Smile

Charlene,
I posted my thoughts in your blog comments, but wanted to say something here, as well.  Smile  Thank you very much for sharing this...I personally like to see something other than just finished items for sale...I like to see the things people try, whether or not they actually work!  (I saw a wonderful bead artist profiled on TV several years ago, and he was looking through his "failures," half-finished bits and pieces, and they were SO fascinating!)  After all, as Thomas Edison said, "Success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration," and IMO, this is VERY true!  I'll go beyond that, to say that to me, the experiments are just as fascinating, if not more so, as the finished products.
