At this time we don't have a way of telling how many skeins to use, but in the near future we'll have counts of how many stitches are used for each color.  Once we do have that, the best way to figure out how many skeins would be to do a swatch and measure how much yarn you've used for your stitches.  The problem with trying to do an overall calculation on our end is we don't know what your gauge will be, the thickness of your fiber or the size of your hook.  With so many variables, it's difficult for us to give a specific amount, but once you've got your gauge figured out, you'll have an idea.
