Beadwork Magazine June/July 2010 - "Royal Onyx"

In the most recent issue of
Beadwork
, there is a
gorgeous
necklace on page 70 called
Royal Onyx
. The designer, Deborah Weaver, used a spiral herringbone rope to make unique bezels for three cabochons integrated into the pendant. I just love the way it looks!
But I have a question for anyone who may have had the time to bead this necklace already. How big is the finished pendant? I have it in mind to bead to wear with a specific outfit but wonder if it will be too big to complement the neckline. Anyone have an idea?
Thanks in advance!

Penny,
I can't wait to see this necklace! I don't have the issue yet...I love herringbone rope...it's so elegant. Hope someone will be able to answer your question about the size of the pendant soon!

I'd love to see a picture of this when it is done.
