While we don't have a specific way to make oval or round patterns at the moment, you may be able to accomplish this with an oval or round border drawn around your image.  Should any of your central (original) image overlap, you could remove the edges with a graphics program, so it looks exactly as you want the finished product to look.

If you then upload the image to make a pattern, you'd simply have to remember not to stitch the parts of the chart outside of the circle; perhaps if you were to make those parts of your chart white, where it's easy to identify where the edges are, you could then have a guide to help you stitch a circle or oval.

What's the point if you don't make round charts!!!   I'll look for someplace that does.
