Hi. Now that i have my pattern, i would like to know where it says colour, does that mean the amount of stitches,or the amounr of yarn to buy, as i need to know how much yarn to buy.

If you're referring to the area labeled "Count," that is the number of stitches, not the amount of yarn. We don't have an easy way of calculating yarn at the moment, as it depends on the type of yarn you've chosen, your needle or hook size that you'll be using and your stitch gauge. Without that information, we don't have any way of knowing how much yarn will be used as you knit or crochet, since that information is specific to you and not a generic value. Kiss
