Hi

I have a list of 8 colors and symbols but on the graph there is a symbol of just a (.) in the block. Can someone explain

I'm not sure what the issue is, but what I can do is send you an email; when you receive the email please respond, sending your PDF, original image and settings you used to create your pattern. If there's a problem and we can duplicate it, we can know what's going on.

Unfortunately, just seeing the PDF won't be enough, as seeing the actual problem only verifies there's a problem, not the steps it took to get there.
