v3.2.0 Corrected maximum number of rows for 500-stitch subscribers

In testing a new feature I noticed that subscribers to the 500 stitches across were still limited to 700 rows down.  I just corrected this and you can now create patterns up to 1,000 rows down.

This version of the software also ends the beta testing of the "300 stitches across" upgrade that we've been doing since October of 2011.  There are now two different Premier levels of extended stitch counts... a 300-stitch across and a 500-stitch across.  For more information, read this post.

Next up will be a new free function that will help everyone creating pdf patterns.  More when it comes live.  I'm testing it now...
