I'm sorry to say this image won't work very well with the freePatternWizard.
All of the small text is going to blur. If you're uploading it as a jpg, it won't be just the text that blurs. The colors of the graphics will be smudgy.
My suggestion would be to try with a completely different graphic, keeping in mind the limitations. I'd suggest staying away from most small text. I doubt there are any programs that can handle tiny, tiny text like the image contains.
Perhaps you can find something similar, with a nice graphic of animals, a rainbow and only very big text...or no text at all? In addition, I'd ensure whatever image you find is in gif or png format, to preserve the image and colors best.
