Any suggestions?????

I'm looking for red, white and blue variegated yarn.  Need to make chair and table leg boots to avoid scratches on a wood floor.  Would very much appreciate if someone has suggestions where to find it.  Yarn doesn't need to be fancy, just durable.

Charlene,

I'm pretty sure I've seen yarn like this before, but can't remember who makes it.  Have you tried looking at yarns in stores like Michael's or Wal-Mart?  I want to say that's where I've seen it, something acrylic, and it sounds as if acrylic is fine for your intended purpose.  Smiley

Good luck!

Bummer, I found it at the Hobby Lobby online site.  They're out of stock.  *sign*

The nearest shopping for us is 30 minute drive.  Since the a/c is out in the car we're putting off travel in this heat until it can be fixed.  The better answer would have been yes, but I can't get there yet. ;-)

Charlene,

Argh, I hear you.  Sad  There are some advantages to living rural, but being so far away from everything sure isn't one of them!

Hope you can get to a decent store soon!
