The finished shrug

I posted a couple of photos of the shrug. It's finished. Now to launder it and get it to the recipient. I really like this pattern because it covers your whole back.....more like a true shawl with sleeves. I added a couple of photos of two painted aprons as well. These are Christmas gifts for SIL and one of her daughters. I've recently heard of painting on knitted garments and will be trying that out soon. Actually, I began by painting on my bathroom walls. Did I mention that I love to paint as well?

Charlene,
Can't wait to see your pics!
And congrats on finishing!
The aprons sound lovely, too...you're so talented! Painting...wish I could do that. And please do tell about painting on knitted garments! How would one accomplish that? Don't the "bumps" of the knitting make sweaters difficult to paint? Do you paint abstract shapes on sweaters, or actual designs?
What did you paint on your bathroom walls?

I'm a beading, knitting and crochet addict. If that means I'm admitting I have a problem, then I admit to nothing. Please refrain from helping me.
