OMGosh!!!

I've been using the Multimedia feature for both hand and machine knitting. It's been a great help. Spectacular idea that. The one thing I found curious is the term reverse stockinette. It came up in a pattern I'm two sticking. Unless I'm just really dense, reverse stockinette is purl. I've never come across the term before and it took me by surprise and confused me. No harm though, I think I have it now.

I've also found the term "reverse stockinette" a tad confusing. LOL, it's apparent why it's called that, but kind of...odd...why isn't it simply called "purl," as you mentioned?

The idea of having the multimedia is so excellent. I've used it a number of times and so far it's been helpful. I particularly liked the ones for fun. I wonder if they're going to come out with more Nana videos or all these old and that's all they made?
Anyway, I'm enjoying the Stitchboard immensely. I was wondering and did post this before, is there a protocol for inviting people here or is that strictly your province?

Glad they've come in handy!
I'm self-taught (from a book) and don't know how anyone can learn without at least some good illustrations. Now that videos are available, it's even easier to watch something and completely understand how a stitch or technique works.

I hope they'll have more, too! I'm guessing this is a real cereal in the UK?

Thank you for asking, and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. You certainly may invite others...though as far as mailing lists and publicly broadcasting are concerned, we'd greatly appreciate it if you'll wait a few days (we have another feature we'd like to activate first!).

Thank you, there are a couple of people I would really love to invite here. I will wait until I hear the "starter gun". ;-)

Thank you for understanding...I'll let you know, then!
If you do have a burning desire to invite an individual or three, that would be okay for now, too.
