v2.8.4 Added a "Suggestion Box" tab on right side

As always, we've continued to ask you what you want added to the freePatternWizard.

I just added a tab on the right side of the page called "Suggestions".  When you click on this button, it will open up a window that will allow you give us some of your own ideas of what you want the program to do.

We'll continue to add on as time permits and you can be part of the development by helping to steer the project with suggestions!

So c'mon and give us your ideas!

(A couple more right-side tabs will be enabled over the next couple days.)
