v 2.40 Changed default format to .pdf, symbols only

We've had several requests to make it so the default for logged-in Stitchboard members is to have a .pdf / symbols-only pattern created unless you otherwise change it.

Done.  Version 2.40 now defaults to .pdf, symbols only.
