v3.9.1 - A2 Paper, Change to .pdf assembly page

Wow!  In testing I just found that the .pdf A2 paper size support went away!  (My fault.)

I just added it back.  (Would have done it earlier but nobody reported it.)


As requested, this version also adds small white boxes behind the page numbers on the optional assembly page.  This makes the page numbers much easier to read.  (For more information on the assembly page, read this message.)
