3.7.16 - Temporarily removed .webp image format support

I just temporarily removed the .webp image format support due to unforeseen color shifting caused by a bug in the server operating system.

We have scheduled a major upgrade to the server infrastructure which will take place over the next several months.

We'll be adding a lot more memory, more processing power, much, much more updated operating system software, many more image file formats, eventually a whole new editing function, plus much more.

These upgrades will hopefully begin before the end of the year.  We'll keep you posted.
