v3.0.2 Changed Crochet and Knitting default palettes

I just changed the default color palette to "Stitchboard Basic" for both crochet and knitting.

The basic palette has only 35 colors so the graphs will have far fewer and more standard colors.  You can always change to other color palettes in section 5.
