Pattern/Chart paper size input welcome

As I near completion of the new stray rows/columns cleanup in the freePatternWizard, I find that I'm also adding most of the code that handles different pdf paper sizes.

So, here are the sizes I'll be adding first.  If anyone would like to see additional paper sizes added, feel free to let me know here.

Sizes I'll be adding:
A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, C3, C4, C5, Letter (currently the only one in the program), Legal, Ledger, Royal Octavo, and Crown Quarto.

I considered the other A, B, and C sizes, as well as Tabloid, but feel the sizes would not be practical.

So if anyone wants any other sizes, let me know!
