Problem uploading photos

Hi.

I just looked at the logs and see 10 errors that you received between 9/25 and 10/1.

I solved one of them earlier today.  (On 9/30 it looks like you went to freePatternWizard.com through Google and probably received a blank, white screen).  I fixed this problem.  This related to a major server upgrade we did a few weeks ago.

The other 9 errors you received are all related to the same problem.  I did make a change yesterday afternoon that directly relates to this problem and it looks like you may not have tried it since 10/1 (unless you did and show up in the logs with a different ip address).

Please try it again and let me know if you still have problems.  If so, a few things would help me to track down the cause and allow me to fix it.

1. If a certain image file always gives the error, and you wouldn't mind emailing me a copy of the image, and I can duplicate the problem, I definitely can fix it quickly.

2. If it seems more random, I'm wondering if you may get this error when you create a pattern, make some setting changes, and re-submit the image for re-processing.

Again, there's no question that I can fix the issue... I just need a bit more info.

Thanks for sending the photos.  Unfortunately our system re-writes them before sending them in a Stitchboard personal mail.  So the ones you sent are not quite the same as working with the originals.

I have emailed you a request and you can reply to that email and attach the photos there.  That way I can work with the actual photo.

For what it's worth, I saved your first image and ran a .pdf pattern just fine through the PatternWizard.  I'll try again when you send the image as an attachment.

Thanks for emailing the images.  Yes I see the symptoms you describe.

So the good news is that I'll be able to solve it.  Should have a fix tomorrow.

Fixed!

Took about 5 minutes to track down the problem and fix it.

Before the fix, 4 of your 5 images failed.  After the fix, all 5 charted fine.
