is there any way to get like a big pillow case size to crochet? instead of blanket size? but still be able to see the squares?

Karen,
Welcome!
I'm not positive I'm understanding your question, but I'll try to answer what I think you're asking. I believe you're saying you want to graph something in a size that would work as a pillowcase, rather than as a blanket.
The fact is that the size your pattern turns out is entirely up to you; the freePatternWizard doesn't actually know the difference of whether you want a pillowcase or an afghan or just a picture. If you make a swatch and figure out the number of stitches per inch, you can set the width you want your pattern to turn out (e.g., number of stitches). The only issue you may have is with the number of rows, as the freePatternWizard does that automatically, because that keeps your pattern from distorting. However, you can fudge it by adding borders at either the top and bottom or the sides of your image, which will help make the length or the width greater, depending on your desired result.
Hope I've answered your question.
