Thought I'd share some pics.  Couldn't get far enough away to get it all in, so also broke down into left, center & right sections.

Have updated since, but guess I didn't take pictures.

Janice,

GorgeousKiss  Approximately how much space does it all take up?  That looks sooo real!  Kiss

Thanks!

This village covers an area 12.5 ft long (the whole width of the living room) by 4.75 ft wide.

It currently has 24 buildings, a couple hundred trees, and numerous people.

Should I tell you that I've repainted some of the buildings/people because I didn't like the original colors?  And there are places where you see small shrubs (along the back wall), they are actually clumps cut off of larger trees.

I'll send you an updated version this year, been doing this for a number of years and have a basic plan worked out, but I tweek it some every year.

House I bought that I liked the style, but hated the colors, before:

Janice,

Oh, wow!  I love what you did with that...the house in its original state was meh, but the colors you chose are perfect!  It looks like one of those pretty Victorians we can even find in our own downtown area.  Kiss

You have such a good eye for redoing things like cross stitch patterns...and now I can see that carries through with the village!  Kiss  Great work!
