Hi, and welcome!

We don't have templates in the program, though I'm guessing this will be a feature for a future version.  Meanwhile, if you decide on how wide you want the earrings, you could set the width, but the length will depend on your photo or artwork.  The results may not be optimal for something as small as earrings, unless you're using a very simple artwork pattern.
