I'm trying to make an 18x18 pillow and I'm unsure how many stitches to use. Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome!

If you're using crochet, your stitch count will depend on your gauge. The most important thing to do is to crochet a gauge swatch; the number of stitches per inch x 18 will tell you how many stitches in 18 inches.
