Is there anyway to print the actual graph boxes on top of a picture?

I'm not sure what you mean.  If you're referring to outputting a graph superimposed over a picture, you can technically do something close to that by choosing the "colors only" option in #7 under "Pdf;" however, if you're using an image with anything more than a few distinct colors, you won't be able to tell which color is with, since the computer can discern many different colors where the human eye can only tell a few of them apart.

This is why we recommend going with "symbols only" or "both colors and symbols" unless your image has only a few distinct colors.
