How to make Pom Poms
June 19, 2012 at 10:08:43 AM
Hi everyone! I have a couple of videos on how to make pom poms. The first one uses the Clover pom pom makers, and the second one is how to make your own out of cardboard. Both can be found here:

Thank you! Both are superb, as always...the Clover pom pom maker video was of great interest to me, because I've seen them in the stores and was curious as to how they worked! I have some really old plastic pom pom makers (and rarely make pom poms, anyway), so I never invested in the Clover ones.
For my purposes, if I didn't have that old set of pom pom makers, I'd probably use the cardboard method, unless I had a pressing need for a LOT of them. Oh, and love the pom poms you made out of the yarn you dyed! It really gives the pom poms some nice "personality"!
Hee hee, and someone else was happy in that second video...undoubtedly enjoying the process of pom pom making!

Yes, I have a wonderful little helper who refused to take her nap that day! So I gave up and let her "help".
