Hello!! When I create a pattern and it's asking how many stitches across I want, is that single crochet stitch (not a c2c block)?

The basic palette option is available in 5a. It should default to it if you're choosing crochet.

I'm sorry you suffer from them too!! I wouldn't wish them on any body!
The meds the VA perscribed is the sumatriptan ... they just don't work for me ... at all ... even if I try to catch it early on ...
they told me if one doesn't work, you can take another in 2 hours, but no more than 2 in 24 hours ... still no relief at all ... this past weekend the headache and nausea was so bad it made me physically ill.
I have tried the caffeine as well ... doesn't help either ... so frustrating.
Yes, stress can bring them on, or increases them too, so I've been trying 5to keep stress down to a bare minimum since I've lost my job.
I've been journaling to try to figure out what may be triggering them, but when you have a headache every single day, it's just a matter of how bad it is at any given time, it's hard to figure out. Haven't really found anything yet. Hopefully, they will figure it out soon.
I know exactly what you mean about sleep ... I've been having a terrible time sleeping because the pain wakes me up and keeps me from being able to get back to sleep. More often than not these days, I'm getting about 2 or 3 hours of broken sleep a night. Makes things difficult at times.

I don't get tired of cooking as much as I get tired of trying to figure out what to cook.
The family isn't much help, "I don't know" isn't a dish I know how to make.
I feel for you with the dry, chapped hands.
Mine can get pretty bad in winter too,
and it isn't near as brutal here.

What beautiful gifts. Love the loop shawls, and that scarf is wonderful.
Do your winters get brutal, with the single digit cold like the area where Melanie is?
I understand about trying to use the phone to upload pics, I'm learning to do it from a tablet. Melanie told me a trick for resizing and it works. I upload the pics to facebook and they are automatically resized, then I can just copy them here.
