New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

I am wanting to make a graphgan from a picture of a recently deceased friend. This will be my first graphgan and would love input on which yarn you experienced graphganers (not sure if that is a word) feel makes the best blanket. Softness and weight of blanket when finished and durability are big factors for me. Thank you so much for your input!!!!!
Nicky,
Thank you for uploading more photos of Neave's patterns and finished pieces! I did see (and drool over) the Ohana piece...those pieces are so flat in the pictures, but Neave's color choices make them come alive! Can't wait to see the newest ones.
Hee hee, this sounds like a wall plaque some friends put up..."I'm the boss...and I have my wife's permission to say so."
cozy concepts will graph it for you for about 12.00
I posted two FREE beading/jewelry making (plus one on chainmail) books for Kindle for today...grab them before they're gone! (Note: you do not need to have an actual Kindle. If you have a smartphone, you can download a Kindle reader app for FREE...if all you have is a PC, you can download to your PC...and I believe there may also be a way now of completely bypassing any kind of reader app to read directly online - though please don't quote me on that, as I'm not sure. I find the PC reader to be quite decent for pattern content...since I don't own a Kindle, I can't say how well it works...but I would think a smaller screen would make patterns kind of difficult to read.)
