I have been an avid crafter since I was a child. I learned to sew when I was about 13 and for many years made most of my own clothes. I learned to crochet and knit as a teen, but left them behind until a couple of years ago when a friend said she was going to teach a sock knitting class. I was hooked. I have since done 13 pairs of socks, 4 shawls, countless doilies and coaster sets.
