Any suggestion on how to do this? I am new to this site and love the idea of being able to make my own graphs from photos, but dont care for the really dark background. Please help. Thanks

Welcome!  Smile

At this time we don't have editing functions available, but you can accomplish what you want by editing your photo beforehand in a graphics program.  There are at least two powerful and completely free ones that I know of, Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) and paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net).

There is online documentation available for both programs.  Smile  I don't actually know how they work, as I'm stuck on an ancient version of Paint Shop Pro that I purchased many years ago, which also isn't half as powerful as either of those programs...but I know how to use it, so I stay with it.
