print and emailing a created pattern

I am fairly new to the site and created a crochet graphwith the free pattern wizard. I selected to hae the pdf emailed to me, but never did receive an email. When I went back to try and print the pattern, it printed the graph squares on the paper but none of the image was included. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks i advance for your help.

Hi, Melissa.

I'm sure it's nothing you're doing wrong.

If you happen to be using the Trend Micro antivirus, I know it prevents getting attachments through Yahoo email.

Otherwise, I'm guessing it may be a bug in my software.

Regarding the blank pdf, I'm curious to know what paper size you're using. (If you don't change the paper size, it defaults to 8 1/2 x 11.)

I'm always interested in hearing about problems because if I can duplicate a problem, I can fix it so nobody else has it happen.

I also may ask if it would be ok to send me the image you're using so I can see if it does tha same thing.

I dont use Trend Micro. And I do use standard 8.5x11 paper. The pdf tha was blank was the one you can open jus aftr the patter was created. I never did get an email with a pdf, blank or otherwise. I will be happ to provide the image to you. How would you like me to send that?
