Cant get the pattern maker to work!

I have tried for a week to get this to make a pattern for me from this jpg but it just sits there and spins the loading symbol and says "Waiting for stich board . com." I then can't get out of the program and have to reboot to get it off my computer! I;ve never had the problem before! Help! I really want to make this!

Can any one fill me in why it's having a problem?

Yes, I'm aware of this issue. I have testing to do over the next couple days and hope to have a fix, or at least a setting change to Internet Explorer to solve the problem.

In the meantime, you can generate the pattern on the screen and when you're happy with it, select the "email pattern to myself" in section 7 and it will attach the pdf pattern to an email.
