I am trying to recreate this pattern and forget the stitch count.

I don't know if this is close, but try this ripple pattern (there's a download link to a PDF, though if you're not registered, you'll be asked to do so):

This is actually for a baby afghan, but you can add more foundation chains and make it any size you want!

Thanks. I am hoping to get into a crochet project for my summer at a very in teh middle of nowhere trailer I have in Maryland for the summer..
