v 2.33 Added .pdf download and email options

I received an email from an Android user that brought me to fixing an issue relating to .pdf patterns, as well as adding a new feature.

Version 2.33 allows you to bring a .pdf pattern up on the screen in your browser as in previous versions.  I have also added the capability to opt to download the .pdf pattern.  And I have added an option to have the .pdf pattern automatically emailed to yourself.

Due to one technical issue with Android devices, Android users will currently only have the option to have the pattern emailed to them.  When I have the time, I'll add the download feature for Android users.

Also, to prevent spamming, all emailed patterns will only be sent to your registered Stitchboard email address.
