Hello, I am very fond of this site and use it often. However, i have never be able to check the "artwork box", instead stuck with gradual tones at all times. How do I fix this?

So glad you find our site useful!

No worries, the artwork box is not functional for anyone and hasn't been for a while now, so you didn't do anything at all wrong.
