I finally got my pattern just right and was going through the written instructions and realized it wasn't C2C. Is that under the premiere option? If I can't get a C2C written insruction how do I start a blanket using the one that was generated? A chain that is the length of theblanket?

I'm sorry to say C2C isn't available at this time, though it's definitely in our future plans. This is why you don't see it. The standard instruction is for regular single crochet. You can also choose Tunisian, but this isn't C2C, either.
