Hi, in the photo section I posted a series of 10 pictures showing how I seam knitted garments and hats.  It took a bit of practice but most of my seams aren't apparent unless you look closely.

I'm no expert and am certain a professional would be able to show us the really professional way to do them, but this works nicely too.

P. S.  the last picture shows the end opposite the contrasting yarn finished in the proper color which is why you see that nub of yarn sticking out of the center.

I just checked out the pics and they're quite clear!  Thank you so much for doing this.  I can see exactly what you were talking about now, and it looks like an excellent technique, one I'm going to use for my next item (probably a Barbie dress).
