Hi, my name is Ann, saw a recommendation for this site on Facebook. I knit, sew, cross stitch, colour and make cards. I tried the Wizard earlier on, wanted to convert a favourite photo into a cross stitch pattern, but it didn't work.😢

I've alerted Terry (Support) to your question; if you can give us more info about what happened (e.g., did you get an error? Did it go to a different page?), that would be very helpful.

Hi Annie,

I'm wondering what didn't work. Please let me know whether you're creating a chart on the screen or pdf, and what happens when you click on "Let's See My Pattern".
